Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is located in a very interesting, new build area, making it convenient to commute to and from the airport. The rooms have all you need, including a lovely bath, although they could be cleaner regarding dust. The bed and bed linen are fantastic, providing a very comfortable stay. The service was generally friendly and helpful, although there was a minor inconvenience when one staff member seemed a bit time-wasting. The location is perfect, near the subway station, allowing easy access to the city center within 15 minutes. The dining experience was simply outstanding, although a bit expensive and lacking variety. The facilities were adequate, with no specific praises or complaints.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and fresh, although there was some noise from nearby construction. They were very comfortable and clean, but the lack of USB charging ports was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly, although not very well trained. The location was excellent, near a metro station for easy access to attractions, despite being in a construction-heavy area. The dining experience was good, with a selection of bio or self-grown food options. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, some even providing a view of a nice inner courtyard, but there was noticeable wear and tear, including cobwebs and dirty floors in the bathroom. The service was exceptional with extremely helpful and nice staff offering a range of amenities. The location was convenient, though slightly outside the city, but well connected by Metro and Ferry. The dining options were superb, providing plenty of choices. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with great showers and luxury toiletries, which were very clean and provided a lovely bed with fantastic bed linen. However, the lack of adapters was a slight inconvenience during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but my Superior room was tiny. The service was professional and helpful, although the humor of the staff was a nice touch. The location was great, despite the ongoing construction nearby. The dining was overpriced, but the variety was enjoyable. I found some aspects of the facilities impressive, but there were areas that needed improvement.
The hotel offers small and stuffy rooms with limited amenities, but they are in good condition. It would have been more convenient if a mini-fridge was available in the room.
The hotel offered nice, clean rooms of a good size, exactly as advertised, with a large TV and a clean yet pretty bathroom. However, the supposed sea view was missing. The service was accommodating, kind, and attentive to our needs, with friendly and professional staff. Despite the ongoing constructions nearby, the location was convenient next to the Metro at Orientkaj, making it easy to reach major spots in Copenhagen with ease. The dining options were just okay and not included. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms are offered with very limited amenities near the corridor door that leads to an outside corridor between the building below the quadruple rooms. The service was incredibly friendly, with luxury toiletries provided. The location, despite being a bit outside the city center, ended up being much more convenient than I had imagined, thanks to being 2 minutes from the metro stop with frequent trains. The dining experience was excellent, with a large variety of choices available.
The hotel offers good value for its slightly small rooms considering the overall prices in Copenhagen. While the rooms lack some basic amenities like a kettle and toiletries, they are adequate for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were small for the price and quite a walk from the main staircase and elevator, but they were the perfect size and very quiet, including everything you'd need. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff, but unfortunately, they would not help supply an adapter and tried to upsell me. The location was great, being a new town location with very easy access to the city center but had some issues with the amenities being labelled in Danish. The dining experience was passable only, with extremely overpriced options compared to what can be found outside the hotel. Despite these downsides, the facilities were excellent for vacation.
The hotel had rooms in tip-top shape, well-designed with large TVs and clean bathrooms, although with limited views from the window. The service was very good and helpful overall, with a slight downside in terms of reception staff being excellent but not very helpful. Despite the building site nearby starting work early, the location was convenient with easy access to the metro and city center. The dining experience offered plenty of tasty choices with friendly staff. The facilities were modern and well-equipped.
